Celebrity fitness tips girls would love to know are usually about legs. Running is one of the keys to achieving fit legs and body. It will tone your legs and is good for your heart. It will also get rid of bumpy fats in the abdominal area. You can run outside or hop onto a treadmill. Models and celebrities love to run or jog in the morning before breakfast. It is a good way to use the stored fats.

Choose the weight that is a bit heavier than what you can easily lift. Over time, you will notice a significant reduction on fats in your arms that capture attention every time you wave hi or goodbye.

1. Ryan Reynolds – You don’t get named “People’s Sexiest Man Alive” for nothing you know. Ryan stays in shape year-round, and looked awesome in his latest flick The Green Lantern. Reynolds says that due to his normally thin frame, to gain weight he eats more calories, uses traditional weight training and takes creatine. Sounds good to me!

2. Jennifer Aniston – Forget the tabloid headlines – I think Aniston is a terrific role model. Why? Because Jen leads a healthy, active lifestyle. She says she’s active almost everyday, and runs, lifts weights, does yoga, but above all, preaches balance between diet and exercise.

3. Poppy Montgomery – The star of the new series Unforgettable has undergone a physical transformation recently. She was always thin, but now she looks super fit! She credits her new physique to working out with a trainer in NY and LA and using a combination of strength training, Pilates and Yoga. She looks great and of course eats a healthy diet.

4. Dwayne Johnson – Come on I couldn’t have this list without Dwayne aka The Rock. This guy went from football player, to WWE wrestler, to international movie star. And along the way his body has become his calling card. He’s lean, mean, and symmetrical which is hard to find. With his sports background, Dwayne knows how to train for real and out of all the celebrity hot bodies, fitness and health has been part of his life for decades.

5. Ryan Gosling – Women went nuts for a shirtless Gosling in Crazy Stupid Love. I’ve seen him in movies throughout the years, but recently he’s really focused on his body. So how’d he do it and get those abs? Ryan says he hit the weights hard; using high weight / low reps, and low weight / high reps, and performed high intensity cardio sessions to get those abs popping.

6. Ashton Kutcher – Kutcher has been a huge success as Charlie Sheen’s replacement on Two And A Half Men, but he’s also in great shape. Ashton has abs, his body fat is so low that his lower back muscles are visible, and overall he looks very fit, almost like a pro swimmer. He’s been known to train in Krav Maga (Israeli hand to hand combat), strength train, and take Bikram Yoga.

7. Jennifer Lopez – J-Lo is all over the place; new songs on the radio, judging American Idol, and even becoming a Fiat spokesperson! Ms. Lopez is first and foremost a dancer so she’s actually really fit. And after having twins, she bounced back and looks amazing. In fact she credits triathlon training; biking, running, and swimming, with helping her get in shape. And yes, she actually completed the triathlon!

8. Justin Timberlake – The N’SYNC front man turned solo star/actor has an awesome body! Have you seen him in Friends With Benefits? Justin has always been lean so for him it’s a matter of gaining muscle. The triple threat celebrity also apparently cut out sugars and beer for his latest movie role. And it’s no secret Justin hits the weights and is a very active guy.

9. Nicole Scherzinger – Okay I’ll admit, she’s my celebrity crush. But she’s fit, works out with a trainer and looks incredible! Nicole actually is one of the few celebrities to have gained weight while competing on Dancing With The Stars. Now as a judge of The X Factor, the former Pussycat Doll still finds time to workout in between a crazy schedule. Nicole apparently loves working on the Power Plate, a vibrating platform that is supposed to engage more muscles. It looks like it’s working to me!

ALEX O'LOUGHLIN

10. Alex O’Loughlin – The Hawaii Five-0 star is an active man – when he’s not running the beautiful Hawaiian landscape or out fishing, he hit’s the gym for straight up weight training. Alex also is a big believer in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to jack up his metabolism and burn body fat. He’s been voted as having one of the best sets of abs in Hollywood, and I’d agree. With Alex, fitness is a lifestyle and not just a means to and end.

Aaron Green had a very atypical upbringing. He was born in Russia, moved to the USA when he was a child and grew up in Detroit, Michigan. Then in his late teens Aaron moved to Florida to start a new life and enjoy the warmer climate. He attended a military academy during his high school years and says it taught him how to be a better person. Aaron is very much into the outdoors and enjoys camping and going to the beach. He recently ventured into the world of modeling and is going to try his hand at acting eventually as well.

Micah Joseph: The Rising Competitor


When he opens his shirt, a huge chest and very tight washboard abs come to light. And the rest of his body is equally brawny and ripped. Micah Joseph is a 19 year old bodybuilder from Virginia who worked with PumpingMuscle to shoot his workouts in the gym during his bodybuilding contest preparation. He plans to return to the stage in 2012. Kirill Chayka: Peak Form


Kirill Chayka has every reason to smile: The 20-year-old bodybuilder has packed on even more muscle, with high definition at the same time, and seems to be in his best shape ever.
